Course description: Yoga for everyone! There are 4 parts to these classes: centering, joint mobility, accessible yoga postures and then a short relaxation to finish.  Suitable for beginners or improvers alike. Debbie has been teaching yoga for 20 years and is used to teaching mixed ability groups that are inclusive of all abilities and ailments. However if you have any issues that you would like to discuss, please email Debbie before coming to class at helpme@feelnowyoga.com.

If you want to give it a try but don’t want to commit to a full course, just come along and join in on any of the above dates (note there is no class on 5th Nov). Drop in rate is £7.

The health & safety bit: Yoga has been found to be extremely beneficial for muscular aches and pains, joint issues, alleviating stress and getting a good night's sleep.  Yoga works by helping us to move in ways that relax deeply held muscular tensions.  However, this cannot happen if we approach yoga as an exercise routine.  So these classes are not like the exercise yoga classes that you might find in a gym or yoga studio.  These classes are deeply relaxing yoga that gently help us ease into a more relaxing relationship with life.
