Daniel has created a unique style of exercise which enhances well being, general health, fitness, self awareness and deep relaxation. He developed roots2yoga by developing sequences based on the Feldenkrais method (awareness through movement and self functional integration) which help you experience yoga postures more comfortably, easily and beneficially, eliminating pain and strain. The improved balance, flexibility, and strength you gain can help you to excel in, not only with holding postures but also, moving in and out of them more freely.

An amazing drug free solution to deeper more restful sleep, feeling better, moving and living better, while freeing muscular tension and stress.

This workshop will give you the tools to improve your sleep and help you fall into better quality sleep.

Our muscles store anxieties, insecurities, stress and emotions. Every physical or emotional pain results in muscular contractions. Here we will learn how to free our muscles from these contractions.

Learn how to be in a profound quiet calm state of being peaceful, remove stress and sleep better.

You will learn 3 ingredients to achieve this:

1) Day stress tamers: something to practice during the day to calm the central nervous system and improve your ability to handle stress and anger.

2) Breathing lessons. Learn breathing to help move you from an awake state to a quiet restful state that comes just before falling asleep.

3) Night tamers - tiny slow repeated meditative movements that gradually stop the mind racing and get rid of muscular contractions, bringing you towards the mental and physical changes that occur during natural sleep.

Each day will be different, but will also stand alone, so you can book both days or just Sat or Sun.  Both days run from 10-4pm.
