Course Description:

Experience Meditation from the three main traditional approaches of Light Movement, Pranayama and Stillness.

Energetic (Or Yin) Movements are those which do not raise the heart beat above resting level, cultivating more energy than they expend.

We will take this energy into the more passive meditation methods. So that when we settle into stillness, our bodies will feel alive rather than dull and heavy.

Devi and Ross will team-teach this course, which is an integration of Devi's Yoga & Meditation practice & Ross' Martial Arts & Meditation background into the philosophy and practice of Feel Now Yoga

This new meditation course is suitable for beginners as we will explore a few different meditation techniques in order to find one that suits you. 

Suitable for all levels of experience including complete beginners.

On its own, the meditation course costs £24 for 8 weeks, or £4 drop in.
