Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy explains how Feel Now Yoga handles requests for cancellations and refunds for classes, workshops and cpd events that have been booked and paid for. Classes, workshops and cpd events are all referred to below as ‘events’.
Please be absolutely sure that you can make the dates and wish to attend the full event before paying for your booking.
Customers may cancel their event registration by emailing helpme@feelnowyoga.com.
Any refund will be based on the date the written, emailed cancellation request is received by Feel Now Yoga.
Payment to Feel Now Yoga indicates agreement with these terms, so please read them carefully before purchasing anything from this website.
Event cancellations charges from 1st April 2020
Feel Now Yoga will continue to accept cancellations at any time before the event. However, unfortunately we can no longer give out 100% refunds, even if you cancel early, because our payment platform, Stripe, changed it’s refund policies on 1st April 2020. Stripe now charges us to issue refunds. This means that from 1st April we will retain 10% of your booking fee for administrative costs regardless of when or why you cancel your booking. Therefore, the maximum refund we can now give is 90% of the monies you have paid.
Refund policy
If you cancel more than 60 days before the event, you will be entitled to a 90% refund of any monies paid.
Cancellations between 60 and 30 days before the event date are entitled to a 50% refund of any monies paid.
As spaces on events are difficult to fill at short notice, we are unable to issue any refund if you cancel within 30 days of the event.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
ALL MONIES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE BETWEEN EVENTS.
Cancellation of events
In the unlikely event of the cancellation of an event by the ‘principle(s)’ (i.e. a cancellation due to circumstances beyond Feel Now Yoga's control), Feel Now Yoga will only refund the face value of the event, and will not, nor cannot, be held responsible for any additional fees incurred by the customer. Feel Now Yoga will use best endeavours to contact purchasers either by phone or email, using the details provided at the time of ordering to inform them of any changes.
Changes to Events
If an event is moved from its advertised venue, and / or the date is changed, and / or the event has to be taken online due to government imposition of travel restrictions due to natural disasters or war; places already purchased will remain valid should the customer wish to attend the revised event. If not, Feel Now Yoga will refund the monies paid to Feel Now Yoga for the event.
Feel Now Yoga reserve the right to change event tutors at short notice due to illness, death, natural disaster or war. If this happens we will ensure that the replacement tutors are suitably experienced to deliver the event.
Goods: If goods are damaged or faulty, please email us as soon as possible at helpme@feelnowyoga.com. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund to the value, at no further cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Where you are dissatisfied for any other reason and you wish to cancel your purchase from us simply notify us by emailing helpme@feelnowyoga.com within 7 working days of receiving the goods. We are happy to issue a refund for unused goods, and will do so within 30 days of notification provided the good have been safely returned to us unused in this period. We do not arrange collection of the goods. Please note that we cannot accept the return of videos or audio products once the seal is broken or any items which have been used. Please note that the responsibility of safe return of the goods lies with you, the customer. Responsibility of the goods only returns to Feel Now Yoga once we have signed for receipt of the goods in the same condition they were despatched. We highly recommend that when you are returning goods, you use a recorded / insured form of postage for your own protection. Please note that when goods are returned which are not faulty, then we can refund the cost of the product but CANNOT refund the shipping charge.
Change to this policy
We reserve the right to modify this cancellation and refund policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated.
