Summer Solstice Yoga Celebration

Join us for a special Summer Solstice Yoga Celebration, as we honor the longest day of the year with a rejuvenating yoga practice. Experience the beauty of the season as we come together to Salute the Sun and celebrate all it gives us.

As the Solstice approaches we will celebrate the sun with a variety of different Sun Salutes, starting with easy, accessible versions and gradually building up to a dynamic, invigorating practice so that you can find a version of Surya Namaskar that is suitable for you. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this Summer Solstice celebration is open to all levels.

We will bask in the joy of community with a shared lunch, so please bring with you a veggie dish to share. Debbie will be providing fresh fruit, juices and other drinks.

After lunch we will harness the communal energy with mantras of solar gratitude before enjoying a long luxurious deep revivifying relaxation.
