In this 60 minute video, debbie will guide you through a process of deepening sensitivity to the presence of your joints, and the sensations to be felt within and around them.

By noticing how our joints feel as we change the relationships between our bones and vary the amount of support our muscles provide, we can discover a more intimate and enjoyable movement practice.

Guided by, and responding to, the bodies of the students who attended the original online class, the focus of this class is directed towards finding appropriate support while transitioning between Parsvakonasana & Virabhadrasana II.

Although therapeutic benefits may be gained from this video, it is not intended for therapeutic usage. This video is suitable for physically healthy people with some yoga experience who would like to explore how to find more harmonious relationships between the moving parts of their bodies within the context of a dynamic yoga posture practice, who also have familiarity with beginner versions. It is incumbent on each individual practitioner to determine whether this video is suitable for them.
