Join Debbie for this beginners course of Therapeutic Yoga, suitable for anyone who can climb up the stairs in the Town Hall.

Therapeutic Yoga is a slow and relaxing form of yoga. We will cultivate functional movement pathways designed to take good care of your joints and reclaim their healthy functionality, by improving your quality and freedom of movement. We will start and end the session with a guided relaxation to help you reduce anxiety and stress and get a good night’s sleep.
